How to modified electrical motor winding to get to 6000 RPM rather than it's orignal 3000 RPM?

What Exactly Asker Wants:

Motor rotates at 2800 or 2980 RPM (Generally cold 3000 rpm motor) having 2 Magneting Poles in Winding. Now How can we increase the RPM with changing the poles in same motor with same electrical supply with 50Hz?

According to me, and my idea is that,

We need to decrease the pole, We may need external force for the starting kick, and if we make single pole than RPM will definately increase 2X.
